\n.
\nSecondary Air Injection Pump Motor
\nSpecial tools, testers and auxiliary items required
\nTorque wrench V.A.G 1331
\nRemoving
\nNote:
\n_Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor V101 is removed together with bracket._Remove left front wheel housing liner Body Exterior - Repair Group 66 .
\n
\nDisconnect intake pipe - 2 - and pressure pipe - 1 - . To do so, compress securing ring.
\nDisengage and disconnect connector - 3 - .
\nUnclip harness connector - 4 - from bracket.
\n
\nRemove bolt - 3 - for double signal horn bracket.
\nRemove bolt - 1 - and nut - 2 - and remove bracket with Secondary Air Injection (AIR)
\nPump Motor V101 .
\nInstalling
\nInstallation is in reverse order of removal. When doing this note the following:
\nMake sure that pressure pipe and intake pipe lock securely to Secondary Air Injection
\n(AIR) Pump Motor V101 .
