Do your products come with a Guarantee?
All of the paper and DVD products we ship come with satisfaction guaranty. You can return it (under reasonable conditions) if you are dissatisfied for any reason with a request for a refund and your comments within 6 weeks of receipt for a full refund.
We have endeavored to ensure the accuracy of the information in our publications. Please note, however, that considering the vast quantity and the complexity of modern service information, we cannot warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information included.
Of course, vehicle manufacturers are constantly updating their recommended maintenance procedures and requirements. If there is any doubt about what procedures apply to a specific model or model year, remember that the service department at your vehicle's dealership is the source for the latest maintenance information.
Paper books
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with a physical product which you have purchased from us, please return it, with a request for a refund and your comments within 6 weeks of receipt for a full refund.
Software
Because of problems with software piracy, eBahn® CDs/DVDs may only be returned either:
- Unopened, in original packaging
- Before an Activation Key is issued, or
- If already activated, after a Deactivation Code is received.
