If you are dissatisfied for any reason with a physical product which you have purchased from us, please return it contact us using web form linked below. We can issue an RMA number. Returns must be in good condition with your invoice or packing slip within 6 4 weeks for a full refund. Please include your comments regarding the reason for the return.
Software
Because of problems with software piracy, eBahn® CDs/DVDs may only be returned either:
- Unopened, in original packaging
- Before an Activation Key is issued, or
- If already activated, after a Deactivation Code is received.

eBahn® Web subscriptions are non-refundable.
