Over the years we've found that, just as there are Beatles people and Elvis people, there are people that prefer the paper manuals and people that prefer the electronic manuals. With a paper manual, you have a book that you can keep in your car and quickly refer to. Our eBahn®manuals tend to have much more information and interactivity, but you need a PC to use them. So it's really a matter of preference. (And of course, just as there are plenty of people that like the Beatles AND Elvis, there are plenty of people that use the books AND the eBahn® manuals.)
